Online Counselling

Many people find that online counselling can be a really good option for them, allowing sessions to be fitted in at a time that works for you, and in a place of your choosing.

When you make an appointment I send you a link to a secure online video call. It works in a normal web browser window so it's simple and straightforward with no app to download.

It is really important that you have a private space to use for online counselling. If that's not possible, then we can arrange to meet face to face in either Tavistock or Torbay.
